We accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original packaging with tags attached and undamaged.

You are responsible for taking care of the item while it's in your possession. If you need to return a defective item, we will contact you to resolve the issue and issue a refund through the same payment method used.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process. Exchanges are allowed but require a £5.50 reprocessing fee. Contact us with any questions or concerns. We cover all costs if an item is sent to you incorrectly or is faulty.

• All items will come with their original accessories such as tags, sealed bags or trainer boxes unless stated otherwise on the description of the product.
• If there is a fault upon receipt of your item please report with 48 hours of delivery and we will amend the issue.
