How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard delivery time for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday is next day delivery. However, please note that certain items may not be eligible for next day delivery due to varying stock availability or shipping restrictions. We advise that you refer to the product description for accurate delivery times and any additional information. Additional shipping info
To qualify for the shipping service you have selected to processed the same day, your order must be placed before 4PM Monday - Friday.
Any orders placed after 4PM Friday will be dispatched on Monday (Bank Holiday permitting).
Next day delivery order's placed on Friday are likely to be delivered Saturday but cannot be guarenteed.

RETURNS
We do accept returns for the products you have purchased here at THE TECH CLUB. Any items you wish to receive a refund or exchange on must be returned to us within 14 days of your purchase. We ask that you meet the following requirements to successfully complete your return.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by The Tech Club.
- The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example boxed items such as trainers. Where an item has tags attached, please ensure these are attached and undamaged upon return.
- You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you don’t comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all, and any goods returned to us.
- Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return items purchased from us claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and contact you for your refund via the details you have provided to resolve the issue and promptly process your refund as soon as possible.
- All refunds will be reimbursed to you through the same method of which you used to purchase the goods.
Refunds may take up to 5 working days upon return to be issued and processed to your account. Please contact us via email contact@thetech-club.co.uk with any questions you may have regarding your return.
EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges, please file for this through the link above. Once we have received your exchange, stock permitting, we will process your exchange at NO extra cost to you. Exchanges are usually processed within 2 working days and shipped back out to you via the Royal Mail 48 Hour service. If you require the tracking number, please email us on contact@thetech-club.co.uk with the subject line - EXCHANGE TRACKING REQUEST.
- Please note: this does not apply to circumstances whereby an item has been sent to you incorrectly, nor if the item you have received is faulty. We will cover all costs in these circumstances. Please contact us via the email provided above.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
