I let them know in the evening, they responded immediately and issued a replacement the following day - which reached me promptly. Can’t fault their customer service! I received my order in good time, was all perfect quality but the fit wasn’t right. I started a return for a refund, slightly worried about the ‘within 10 days’ part with the strikes going on etc. Need not have worried, refund processed swiftly. Great customer service. Nike dri fit set…

I was looking for a particular colour of Nike Dri fit top for my son and came across The Tech Club. They had exactly what I wanted in top and shorts set. The price was really reasonable so I ordered. A couple of days after I ordered I realised that I had picked the wrong size. I sent an email not expecting a reply until the next day as it was bank holiday Monday but a couple of hours later I received a reply. They amended my order just before it was due to collected by dpd.

Outstanding Customer Service

Would definitely recommend TheTechClub their prices are great, websites easy to use and customer service was brilliant. Parcel was delivered on time correct day but not to my house but through no fault of TTC.
DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address and we’re giving me no answers and really messing me around. I emailed the tech club and they give me all the answers DPD couldn’t provide and helped me find my parcel.

Tracksuit is great quality too! Will definitely be ordering from here in the future and recommend you to try them out too!
